The Shadow Infinity 9kW and 12kW Industrial Infrared Heaters - Glass Fronted combine effective infrared heating with a sleek, contemporary design. The glass front helps to reduce the visible light emitted by the lamps while providing an additional layer of protection against dust and debris. This makes them an ideal choice for commercial, industrial and heritage environments where a more discreet heating solution is preferred.
Designed to deliver reliable warmth across larger spaces, the Shadow Infinity range is well suited to warehouses, workshops, large commercial premises and traditional buildings. The glass front creates a cleaner, more streamlined appearance, helping the heaters blend more naturally into their surroundings without compromising their practical design.
Designed for ceiling-mounted installation, the Shadow Infinity 9kW and 12kW heaters provide an effective heating solution for spaces where wall mounting is not required. Whether installed individually or as part of a larger heating arrangement, their ceiling-mounted design allows for effective heat distribution while maintaining a neat and unobtrusive finish.
Create a comfortable environment with heating tailored to your requirements. When paired with a compatible Shadow controller, the Infinity range allows you to manage heat output across different areas of your building.
Control multiple heaters together for consistent warmth or adjust individual heating zones to suit varying requirements. This flexibility makes it easier to direct warmth where it is needed most, providing a practical and adaptable heating solution for a wide range of environments.

Typical coverage areas obtained from the 9kW and 12kW Shadow Infinity models
Note the coverage area is a guide only and is influenced by a number of factors such as the overall ceiling height, draughts from open doors and windows and quality of insulation in the area. Whilst the inner areas will obtain instant heat the outer areas will take longer to warm up. Heat is also subjective and different people feel warm at different heat levels and people who are sat still will need more heat than more active workers. Acceptable coverage is achieved when the heater is mounted within ±15% of the optimal mounting height. Increasing mounting height widens the heat spread but reduces heat intensity, while lower mounting heights increase heat intensity over a smaller area.
Our Infinity industrial infrared heaters allow businesses to instantly achieve consistent warmth throughout their environment without any of the heat being wasted through an open door. Having minimal wastage means that businesses are using their energy on only the areas they need. Adjusting the heat output allows businesses to avoid overheating areas and optimise their energy usage.
Zoning is another way of maximising energy efficiency as businesses can have the heater automatically switch off when an area becomes unoccupied, helping them avoid unnecessary energy wastage.
