The Shadow Solace 2kW with Tilt Stand provides a versatile and convenient long-wave infrared heating solution for churches. Ideal for temporary church heating, seasonal use or as an alternative to fixedposition heating, it delivers targeted warmth directly to occupied areas.
Perfect for services, events and everyday use, the freestanding design allows the heater to be easily moved around the church, providing flexibility to heat different areas as required. Whether positioned near pews, seating areas or gathering spaces, the heater can be effortlessly repositioned to suit changing layouts and heating needs. With no permanent wall or ceiling mounting required, it is particularly suited to historic and listed church buildings.
Designed with flexibility and practicality in mind, the Tilt Stand provides a stable freestanding base while allowing the heater to be moved conveniently between locations. The adjustable tilt function enables warmth to be directed towards specific areas, making it a practical solution for churches requiring adaptable heating without the need for permanent installation.
The Shadow Longwave Heritage Freestanding Solution includes the Shadow Solace 20 (2kW) longwave infrared heater, the Shadow Tilt Stand and a 5m extension lead. Together, they provide a practical freestanding heating solution, offering gentle, consistent infrared warmth, flexible positioning and adjustable heat direction without the need for permanent installation.
Typical coverage areas obtained from the Solace 20
Note the coverage area is a guide only and is influenced by a number of factors such as the overall ceiling height, draughts from open doors and windows and quality of insulation in the area. Whilst the inner areas will obtain instant heat the outer areas will take longer to warm up. Heat is also subjective and different people feel warm at different heat levels and people who are sat still will need more heat than more active workers. Acceptable coverage is achieved when the heater is mounted within ±15% of the optimal mounting height. Increasing mounting height widens the heat spread but reduces heat intensity, while lower mounting heights increase heat intensity over a smaller area.
